TGZ:
Hail to you Necro... Your band exist
over six years! Then with the name Sacrificial
and now as all we know as Enshadowed... In
all those years a lot of happens around your
band! Give us a short biography of Enshadowed...
|

Necrotormentor: Hail! The band exist
over 8 years! We began on 1998 under the name
“Sacrificial” and after one year
we changed it to “Nocternity Enshadowed”.
We released 1 promo and 3 demos and before
the releasing of the debut album (2001) we
decide to change it for a last time. “Messengers
of the Darkest Dawn” called the debut
album, pure misanthropic black metal blasting,
following the Scandinavian style. In autumn
of 2002 we entered the “wave studios”
to record the second album, called “Intensity”.
It was a pure aggressive album that gives
a personality in the sound of the band. In
all these years we played in 14 live concerts
and I change many members.
|
TGZ:
Your first album was “Messengers of
The Darkest Dawn”. For me it was a great
black metal piece with dark and pretentious
feeling! After that your second attack “Intensity”
was an amalgam of black and death metal elements.
Tell us some more details about the musical
& lyrical ideology of the band.
|

Necrotormentor: Enshadowed first
supports the ideology of black metal and after
we dress this ideology with extreme music.
Our lyrics are 100% a misanthropic propaganda.
We support the evil and suicidal side of human
existence and we respect only the negative
energy of cosmogony.
Enshadowed is a 100% black metal band. In
our second album put some evil death metal
influences and we change the tone of guitars
and bass. I like to have something new to
saw in every next album. The only bad was
that this album has very bad artwork, Black
Lotus Records did very bad work and it was
my mistake that let them to undertake the
design of the album. Fuck them!
|
TGZ:
What do you think influenced your sound
and you make this return in your music? Would
you change anything else in the nearly future?
|

Necrotormentor: Influences… yeah
I can say bands like Belfegor, Marduk, Aeternus,
Cadaver, (old) Mayhem and some Morbid Angel
riffing. I have ready the songs of the third
enshadowed album. I can’t say any big
opinion only that I prepare it riff by riff,
3 years. And this will be the faster album
in the history of Hellenic black metal. We
must prove that Greek guys can play fast and
brutal as the other.
|
TGZ:
After the releasing of your two albums
from Black Lotus Records, you re-release all
your demos in a tape version from the Brazilian
label Goat Music Records under the title “Awaken
the Undead”. Who are the differences
between these two labels? |

Necrotormentor: Hahaha! Very, very
big differences! “Goat Music Recs”
is a real underground label from Brazil. They
just print covers for this tape release and
send me, no shit paper deals and signs. “Black
Lotus recs” is a professional label
that try to be one day like “Nuclear
Blast”, you know what I mean…
|
TGZ:
What means for you underground?
|
Necrotormentor: The way that I live and
support this music…
|
TGZ:
Except from Enshadowed you deal also
with other bands/projects as Burial Hordes,
Respawn the Plague, Merciless Crucifixion,
Mournful Night and others.. Say us some certain
reasons for these works...
|
Necrotormentor: Yeah, I can and want
to follow some other styles in the extreme
music. So I do that in my other band, Burial
Hordes and in some projects. Merciless Crucifixion
is an old style raw death black metal in the
vein of Sarcofago and Rebaelium - I can say.
Mournful Night is my personal suicidal atmospheric
black metal band, I follow Shinning/Burzum
paths. Respawn the Plague is a pure evil brutal
death metal with influences from bands like
Deicide, Incantation, Morbid Angel, Immolation,
Nile, Krisiun etc. Suicidal Forms Elite is
a band that no one can be a real fan, you
must listen to understand, real misanthropic
anti-music. I also play as the live lead guitarist
of old black metal horde, Naer Mataron. I
close here because I need many pages to talk
about all the projects…
|
TGZ:
Except of all them you are create and one
other project with Vlad D Hades from the Brazilian
band, Vulturine. Tell us some details from
this band and this collaboration... Who is
the aim of this release?
|
Necrotormentor: Skiltron N.V.101 is the
industrial/black metal project between me
and brazilian Vlad D Hades from Vulturine.
“Hatred Dark Storms of the New World’s
Order” it was our first attack. Freezing
black metal with biomechanical attitude and
paranoic vocals. You must listen that!!! Goat
Music Recs release for a hand-numbered limited
tape of 500 copies.
|
TGZ:
You have created a design label, “Necro
Design”. What do you seek from a band
that wants your design?
|
Necrotormentor: No, it’s not a
label. It’s just a site that you can
see my gallery with many artwork that I make
for bands in very low prices, just because
I love to design and sure everyone can come
in touch with me.

TGZ:
If the music of Enshadowed was a table
of painting, what would you portray?
|
Necrotormentor: Great question…
fucking cool… I think a place that all
the humans will be crucified and all ending
in pain and fear…
|
TGZ:
What do you know about the scene of Brazil?
Please compare the Greek with the Brazilian
bands and fans.
|
Necrotormentor: I like the
Brazilian scene, I have big respect and sure
is better from Greek scene. I hope one day
to give a live there and bring real hell!
|
TGZ:
What are the next plans?
|
Necrotormentor: We will release
in these 2 next months the debut album of
Burial Hordes. War black metal only for the
maniacs! Visit: http://burialhordes.tripod.com
I just try to find a label for the LP format
of this great album.
Enshadowed will release the 3rd album in the
end of 2006 or in the begging of the next
year. Merciless Crucifixion will release the
new stuff under a split Cd from the Spanish
Black Seeds Productions.
|
TGZ:
Ok Necro. Please close this interview
as you wish...
|
Necrotormentor: Thank you for the interview.
I send my dark hails to all the great guys
there! Continue support black metal ideology
and music!
